Grand Opening of New World Language School in Denver Office Wednesday, April 4th!

We are pleased to announce the grand opening of our new office in Denver, Colorado, Wednesday April 4th. The new office will be dedicated to teaching English to Denver’s large population of Spanish speaking Latinos, along with Spanish to English speaking learners. The new office will also serve as a base for offering international business services to Denver’s business community, including market entry plans, translation/interpretation, and cross cultural communication training.

Since being founded in Boulder in 2007, Bolder Languages has helped more than 500 people/organizations increase their ability to communicate outside of their normal cultural boundaries. Doing so helps stimulate our economy and makes our communities safer. We look forward to extending these services to Denver, which has a diverse population consisting of more than 30% native Spanish speakers.

The new facilities will have two large rooms dedicated to teaching languages in a small group setting. New services will include access to a language lab for studying languages and testing out different types of software, children’s after school programs to give our young ones a fun way to learn a new language and a head start on educational requirements, and a Friday evening happy hour, where students can meet each other and practice their new languages in a fun setting.

Seeking Spanish Instructor to Teach with Bolder Languages (Denver, CO)

Bolder Languages is seeking an expert on Spanish to help teach the language and culture in Denver. We have an immediate opening for approximately 10 hours/week with the potential to grow into a full time position. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education and sharing the Spanish language and culture with people looking to travel and enhance their careers. This person must be dynamic and flexible, able to work with children, business professionals, and people from all walks of life.

Special consideration will be given for candidates that have great experience teaching or bring other talents to the organization, including customer service, sales, marketing, graphic design, translation, or interpretation.

The position will begin as a part time independent contractor position of approximately 10 hours per week, with the possibility of growing into a full time job after 3 months.

The candidate we seek must be professional and versatile, and able to work within the following roles and responsibilities:

• Able to create curriculum for private and group classes
• Able to work with Children and Adults
• English – Spanish Translation and Interpretation
• Knowledgeable of Latin American, European, and American Business Practices
• Tutoring students that are currently enrolled in Spanish classes, at Bolder Languages or other educational institutions.
• Teaching private Spanish classes, leveraging the Spanish Easy and Fun Curriculum.
• Teaching Group Spanish classes to up to 9 students at a time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Spanish, linguistics, teaching, or related fields
• Native Speakers Preferred
• Experience teaching Spanish to Americans
